Basurero screens at Pacific Arts’ San Diego Asian Film Festival 2020 (SDAFF 2020)

Basurero is heading to the Pacific Arts Movement’s San Diego Asian Film Festival. The screening will be held on October 23-31st.
Basurero: Under cover of night, Filipino fisherman Bong has a side hustle dumping trash into the ocean — except this is no ordinary job. His cargo is the victims of Duterte’s war on drugs.
Hope you can catch this dream come true along with many of the epic films from a diversity of Asian voices at this year’s 21st edition.

The San Diego Asian Film Festival is the flagship event of the Pacific Arts Movement (Pac Arts), one of the largest media arts organizations in North America that focuses on Asian and Asian American cinema.
